Eco Council Green Flag Group - Years 1 - 6

The Eco Council operates at several age groups so that all pupils have the opportunity to engage with it.

These pupils have a good understanding of sustainability and recognise practical opportunities for embedding sustainability in school. The pupils in Eco Council are real ambassadors for the school and promote sustainability very actively. This includes giving a weekly update in the worship every Friday to pupils, staff and parents as well as keeping the board up to date in the school hall. Eco Council monitor the school daily to ensure boards and lights are switched off when we are not using them and they also ensure all taps are turned off too so that we are not wasting precious water.
